White Rabbit: A Bio-Fission Maniac

The Mysterious White Rabbit

Who is the White Rabbit? That is a question many might ask themselves, but don’t worry, we will tell you all about the criminal!

Appearing during the breakout of DC's Arkham Asylum, the White Rabbit was a strange site, in the sense that nobody had really seen them before. Despite Batman asking his butler, Alfred Pennyworth, to attempt to track her down, they were without much luck. This would not be the first run in with the White Rabbit for Batman - just some later, having gotten a tip regarding the location of the Joker, Batman entered a speeding train, where he found the White Rabbit. Chasing her for answers this time, she led him directly to the Joker, which ended in a fight between the villain and the hero. It would not be the last time that the White Rabbit lured Batman to fights or trouble, either.

White Rabbit and the Arkham War

Even though White Rabbit seemed to be doing well, there is always risks when it comes to being a villain. White Rabbit found herself thrown into Blackgate, but she wasn’t actually there for long. Shortly after her imprisonment, DC's Crime Syndicate appeared, which caused incredible chaos and craved the attention from the many heroes. Bane arrived at Blackgate, wishing to take over Gotham, and created an army from the prisoners. White Rabbit was one of the many prisoners, who fought multiple battles trying to gain the control of Gotham. In the end, they managed to win the war - at least until Batman returned as the protector of the city.

The Face Behind White Rabbit

So, who is this DC White Rabbit actually? The name behind the villain is Jania Hudson. Born to the diplomat Tom Hudson, and a bollywood actress, she moved from India to Gotham when she was young, introducing her to the city from a young age. The first meeting between her and Batman was not as their villain and hero persona, but during a fundraiser. Jania had grown up to become a fundraiser organizer, and during one of them, she met Bruce Wayne. The two began flirting, and eventually agreed to go out on a date, but it never became more, as they were both busy being Batman and the White Rabbit.

White Rabbit’s Abilities and Powers

Few things are known about the White Rabbit and her abilities. She has skills within hand-to-hand combat, and she is great at deceiving and lying, but her actual powers are within Bio-Fission. She is able to duplicate herself into two beings; a second version of herself, and then the White Rabbit. The interesting part of her Bio-Fission powers is that there is changes to her appearance when forming the White Rabbit, such as her skin becoming lighter and her hair turning white. Another interesting part of her ability is that when she uses it, she pretty much creates two different people, as herself; Jaina, and the White Rabbit have their own personalities, opinions and feelings.
