He deals with fear and does not know how to fight further, which brings a significant big impact to this story.

The Comic Book of DC’s Comics #1046 contains a total of two stories. The first being “Out and Gone” which is the title story of this Comic Book, and the second being called “Foundations, Finale”. They both are a part of the “Fear State” events and continue onto one another - being a part of the same storyline.
”Out and Gone”
The first comic in Detective Comics #104 is called “Out and Gone”. This comic has Batman as its main-character (as expected), but also features a lot of other characters. Such as Batgirl, Batwoman, Huntress, Oracle, Dr. Chase Meridan, Mayor Chris Nanako, and Deb Donovan. The whole of this comic book takes place in Gotham City. However, Italy is also mentioned a handful of times. Yet, this comic book story takes us to places like Arkham Tower, Arkham Asylum, and Gotham City Hall. Important items used are the Batpod and the Batsuit!”Foundations, Finale”
The other comic in this edition is called “Foundations, Finale” and is a rather special one, as it mostly takes place in Batman’s hallucinations, where characters such as Harley Quinn, Bane, The Joker, and the Riddler appear.
