Lego Batman 2: Overview

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is a LEGO-themed action-adventure game released in 2012. This game was developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. This is a third-person perspective game that features a mission based on a specific exploration. The player can complete various missions in Gotham City to unlock characters and use them to complete additional missions. Because of that, this game is a spoken dialogue and an open world.

This Batman LEGO game was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo DS. The version for OS X and a mobile version (for iOS and Android) were also released several months later. This game is quite popular and received generally positive reviews on most platforms.

The Storyline

Just like the game's name, it mainly features Batman, Robin, and Superman as they attempt to defeat the Joker and Lex Luthor’s plans in order to become the president of the United States. The Justice League is also helping Batman, Robin, and Superman along the way to fight the villains. Because of its big scene and long storyline, it includes many characters outside of the Batman series.

It all happens when the Joker appears during the Man of the Year awards ceremony with other characters that escaped from Arkham Asylum to disrupt the party. Lex Luthor, who teams up with the Joker, wreaks havoc on the city. Before the heroes fight the villains, Batman had a little fight with Superman. Later, both of them face the Joker and Lex Luthor in the final in a great battle with the help of the Justice League.
