Noah Skellington Arkham Asylum is just the justice system’s rug, where they sweep everything they can't properly deal with. You can't tell me that Poison Ivy belongs there alongside villains with deep mental illnesses like the joker. The government should create a real prison adapted for metahumans and put those who truly deserve it there. At the same time, they should make Arkham a real asylum,a place where individuals can actually seek help.
